The Carnival runs from 10.30am – 4.00pm in the Queen’s Gardens Park which is about a 5 minute walk from the Aussie Hotel. GETTING THERE
Public transport
VLine does run a service between Melbourne and Shepparton, but from what we can see the only services running on this date that would be appropriate are the 9.12am service departing from Southern Cross station to Shepparton. The return VLine train is the 4.05pm service departing Shepparton back to Southern Cross station. https://www.vline.com.au/
Private Car
Probably the best option and an easy 2 hour drive from Melbourne. Car-pooling is a great idea so if you’re offering or seeking a ride – feel free to leave your details in the comments section
STAY THE NIGHT! – ACCOMMODATION
For those bears wanting to stay the night, Shepparton has several accommodation options to suit everyone
