T’Ukelele Tuesdays at the GV Pride Hub

Join us for a relaxed and casual plink on the ukelele on Tuesday afternoons and evenings. BYO instrument and sheet music for any favourite tunes, and we’ll have some spare ukes for anyone who needs one. OR, if you prefer to play a kazoo bring that too! 🎸🎵

All welcome regardless of ability. Drop in and drop out at any time during the session, we’d love to see you even if it’s only for 10 minutes!

Further details and accessible information:
  • The GV Pride Hub is a private shop within the Tower Arcade in the Maude Street Mall, Shepparton.
  • Inside the space is a couch, tables and chairs, pride merchandised, resources and information, artwork and a large TV on the wall. There is a small kitchenette towards the back with free tea and coffee, all are welcome to help themselves. There is also a free clothing and book swap inside of the Hub space. Please check with volunteers about which items are free or cost money if you need to. Eftpos is available.
  • Public toilets are available within a one-minute walk of the GV Pride Hub. These bathrooms have binary gender toilets labelled; female and male, a parent’s room, and an all gender/accessible bathroom.
  • There is air conditioning / heating available.
  • There is mixed sating, a couch, beanbags and chairs available.
  • Al (she/her) will be there as a point of contact if you have any questions and encourage you to jam.
  • The event will likely include casual conversation, discussions about music or playing a ukulele or other instrument, people participating or watching others play together, or people sitting and enjoying themselves. Please feel free to engage however feels the best for you.
