“Silver Rainbows” Social Group is proudly supported by GV Pride Inc. and is a group for (50+ yrs) LGBTIQA+ identifying humans and allies, friends and carers across the Greater Shepparton, Echuca, NE Victoria and greater Goulburn Valley region, as well as Southern NSW. We hold regular catch-ups to support our members to engage, connect and be social in a safe and respectful space.

All the details:

• Friday 20th November 2026
• 10.00am – 12.00pm
• Obertor (formerly Food Store), in the back function room
• Free event – food/drink at own cost
• Afterwards, take a stroll (or roll) down the Maude Street Mall and enjoy the scenery/shops or visit the GV Pride Hub.

Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDoR) is observed annually on November 20 to honor the memory of transgender people whose lives were lost to acts of anti-transgender violence and transphobia.

This event is part of the OUT in the OPEN Festival 6 – 20 November program.

• The rear function room can be accessed by moving through the venue to the back. Staff will happily assist if you are unsure of where the room is located.
• The room has a large table and chairs, with room for those with mobility aids if needed.
