This year we’ve got <50 stallholders, food vendors and attractions registered. If you cannot find yourself listed/on the map, please contact Damien Stevens-Todd immediately on 0418 511 562.
The infrastructure you have ordered will be available on the day (e.g. power, marquee/s, table/s, chair/s). REMINDER: BRING A TABLE CLOTH FOR YOUR TABLE!
Please Note:
Hours: Carnival Day opens for business at 10:00AM and closes at 3:00PM.
Start Time: All sites MUST be completed and ready for business by 9:30AM Saturday. No exceptions. You MUST also ensure that you have a person at your stall at all times. No exceptions.
Site Access: Bump in including all deliveries is only from 8:00AM – 9:00AM on Saturday, 9th November. PLEASE MAINTAIN SECURITY OF ITEMS/CASH AT ALL TIMES AT YOUR SITE DURING THE DAY!

All stallholders are required to remove all their boxes, rubbish and waste at the end of trading.
Food vendors: IMPORTANT: All food vendors MUST register with “FoodTrader” – it can be very easily done online.
